Word has been leaked that mutliple time champion, Cinder Xavier, has been in talks with the Angel's of APW. We are unsure of whether an agreement was made, but we did see Cinder Xavier shortly after a phone conversation with them, though his face did not show any reactions as to whether a deal was reached or not.
