His Majesty as well was shocked feeling those soft and luscious lips of Destiny gracing the side of his face for the first time in quite some time...His head turning slightly as his eyes meet hers in the mirror for the hundredth time it seemed...Neither of them knowing how to process the conversation of the night it seemed, both speechless for a few moments. His gaze then met that of her hand laid upon his, a gesture of peace perhaps? A truce?...Either way, the King of course returned the gesture to the young beauty, rotating his hand so that it was now palm side up, her hand resting inside of his almost as he commented...
I honestly expected a more...Violent reaction Destiny. Once again you surprise me. Maybe I should just accept it and move on before I mess up and change your mind...

He chuckled slightly, placing the glass back atop the bar counter before speaking again with a trace of laughter in his voice...No...I meant...Change that kiss to a slap Destiny. That was my...Well...Not fear because honestly, I've grown almost accustomed to receiving those from the fairer sex. Especially as of late...Meh...Ya' know what they say...Life is a bitch...But at least one day we die...A semi awkward moment falls over the discussion, following a blank faced stare in Destiny's direction before His Majesty finishes off his third beverage of the night. He could only imagine the confusion in her mind at this moment in time, actually hearing him apologize. It definitely wasn't something that could be considered normal because...Well...The King was rarely wrong of course...

.:Destiny was still pretty speechless after all of this. She was just shocked that Cross actually apologized still. There was really no other way to have this conversation with her being a confused woman. So she lets go of her grip on Cross's hand and stands up. She places on last kiss on his cheek, a bit lower then her last one. Before she starts to leave she says to him, in a slight whisper.:.
"Good bye Cross...."
.:And with that said, Destiny walked out of the Tower View... still dazed and confused...she needed to take some time and just think...:.
