+The party had went off without a hitch. Mel got her party, his girls got that money and his lady had a little time to relax after the situation with Nicole Storm a week before. As far as he saw everything was all and well. The people at the party had all left a few hours after Mel actually did, still partying a bit before they figured they'd make their exits too. Which just meant more money for the big man and his partner in crime. +

+The sound of front exit being closed could be heard as seconds later he turned from the door, just in time to make eye contact with Stacie as she was returning from the room reserved for the big man located in the back of the club. He smiled as soon as he noticed the same on her face, locking the door and then proceeding towards her on his way to get things closed up for the night. Within moments he was but a few feet away from her, his free arm extending as he pulled her in close to him, glaring down at her as he held the box full of tonight's profits in the opposite hand...+

We made a killing tonight girl. Keep having business like this and we might be retiring early baby girl...Heh Heh...Not that I'd...Mind now...

:: Wrapping her arms around his waist Stacie looks up at her man with the smile still on her face. Tonight she'd had a little fun in the VIP room by herself for the most part. She didn't drink any alcohol. She was still taking the pain pills for her off and on headaches. +Their steps continued on, within moments arriving at the back room where Stacie had just left minutes ago. They enter, as Kasino's arm leaves Stacie's shoulder, reaching over and hitting the light switch, giving himself some light to work with before making a bee line for the office desk located on the other side of the room. As he did he spoke to his lady...+

So...Was thinkin' earlier. Season's almost over. You remember that vacation we been thinkin' about takin' right?

+Finally getting things in order on the desk, placing the money in the safe directly behind him he turns back to Stacie, winking his eye in her direction before reaching for a cabinet nearby, reaching into the top drawer removing a few items, placing some in the nearby waste basket, some in his pocket and others in various places as he spoke...+

+He was halted in his efforts to get ready to close down the club, making eye contact with her just as he heard those three words from her...A bright smile on his face as he seemed to get lost in her beauty almost. He stood there for a few moments, seeing the look of confusion in her face first, before her raising an eyebrow. Looking towards the clock on the wall afterwards, he saw it was time for them to be heading on back to the Tower for the night...+

+Seeing her smile and nod he grabs his car keys from the desk, one quick look around the office before turning back to Stacie commenting as he pointed to a file cabinet behind where she stood...+

+With that he stepped around the desk, awaiting Stacie to retreive the purse from the file cabinet as she turned her back to him. He stood motionless waiting for the moment she would be ready...+

:: Opening the bottom drawer of the file cabinet Stacie grabs her small purse and sees a small black velvet box. Picking it up Stacie flips the lid open and finds a beautiful platinum ring with a nice sized Rock in it.



:: Looking at it Stacie brings her hand to her mouth, the ring had to have cost him an arm & a leg. It was the most expensive thing a man had boughten for her. Looking at it only one thing comes to mind from looking at it. Trying to hold back small tears of happiness Stacie Looks at K and asks. ::

"I....Is....this what I think it is Kevin?"

+He saw the emotion in her face instantly. Slowly making his way over to the spot where she stood, he began speaking...+

+Stepping closer, he could see the tears begin to flow a little bit. Raising his hand he wiped one away, smiling at her as he spoke up once again...+

I mean...I said I wouldn't do this again after my first try at it but, you pretty much shattered that little promise I made to myself in a matter of weeks...I mean...If...It's not the right time for you I'd understand. +Exhaling deeply, the big man smiles at Stacie once again, dropping to one knee. Yea the big man dropped to one knee, taking her hand into his...

:: Hearing his question the tears of happiness start to flow down her face. She knew what her answer was going to be right away, she just had to force herself to say it. Smiling and blushing deeply Stacie looks at him on bended knee and nods a few times before forcing the words out. ::

+The magic words he waited to hear...Finally...After thinking about this moment for the better part of a month now, he had finally gotten up the courage to finally do it. Taking the ring from her hand, as the floodgate of tears seemed to open, he took her hand, placing the ring on only seconds before standing to his feet once again, staring down into her eyes, as she stared up until his, pulling her closer, as her eyes quickly darted back to the rock on her finger now, still in awe over it and the situation altogether. He allowed for her to enjoy it all for a short moment, before his hand found it's way to her chin, lifting it slightly as he leaned forward placing a kiss on her lips before raising back up, responding with simply...+

:: This was a total rush for her, she never expected for this to happen. Looking down at the rock one more time Stacie smiles brightly as the tears of happiness run down her cheeks. She knew he loved her but this was a shock for her. He wanted to spend the rest of his life with her...and she with him. ::

:: She was so happy right now...the tears had slowed to a trickle...but the smile was still there. Wrapping her arm around his waist Stacie feels his arm on her shoulders pulling her close as they start to walk out of the Club. They were headed for home...what would they do when they got there?
