Chapter 1
Date: December 26th 2006 Time: 2: 45 P.M. Location: Office of Richard Hugh. Assistant to the Angels.
I sit in my office with my eyes focused on the wall across the room. Frustration was beginning to boil over for me lately. Things haven't been going like I would like for them to go concerning the progress of the company as a whole. It seems the Angels and I have a very different vision for how APW should be run. This frustration forces me into thoughts of my old friend Charles. A man who I loved as a brother and I would do pretty much anything for. He wouldn't have allowed for some of the things to happen that the Angels have in the past few weeks. I feel that I have to somehow change things around here. I have to honor his memory and show them how it's supposed to be done. Suddenly the phone rings and I answer.
Hello? Yes this is him. I remember you sir. Yes I am fine and yourself? Yes I have thought about your offer sir, and I must say that it is very big of you to offer such help in my cause. I feel something has to be done sooner or later before all is lost. I couldn't live with myself if my good friend Charles' memory was tarnished.
I stop talking for a few moments as the man on the other end begins to speak. I listen for a few minutes then it's my turn again.
I would like to meet with you again then if it is possible? Your assistant is of course welcome as well. I can arrange something for whenever you can arrive here. Will you be here again anytime soon? I see. Well that should be fine for me as well sir. Of course. I haven't spoken to anyone about this potential plan of action. Well it's definitely big to say the least. The league needs this desperately as far as I can see. It will make it all the better if things can be worked out. I have to make my good friend proud. Of course I will. You too sir. Goodbye.
I hang up the phone and lean back in my chair and begin to think that maybe, just maybe I can help APW be better and give the wrestling world the top notch promotion Charles wanted to see formed.

Chapter 2
Date: December 30th 2006 Time: 6: 30 P.M. Location: The Chapter Eleven Restaurant/557 Parliament Street Toronto, Ontario Canada
I enter the establishment after a long hard day of work at the Angel Towers. I had made preparations to meet with a man who had expressed interest in assisting me in making APW the best promotion it could possibly be. As I arrive I begin looking around the establishment for the man in question and within a few minutes I spot him seated in a corner booth with his lovely personal assistant. I take my time making my way over as he notice that he had caught sight of my arrival. Once there I greet them.
Hello once again sir. I see you and your lovely assistant have made yourselves comfortable and already ordered.
I then reach my hand out to shake hands with the man who I hope can help me pull off just what I have in mind for APW. He places his napkin on the table with a smile on his face and stands from his seat as does his assistant.

"Welcome Mr. Hugh!I'm ecstatic you finally arrived. We were beginning to worry."
The mystery man in question reaches his hand back in a greeting offer and shakes with the man who was commissioned to help the Angel sisters out along the way with the operations of the APW promotion. After a quick greeting, his assistant also offers her hand and Mr. Hugh kindly shakes and places a small kiss atop her hand, complimenting her appearance on this day. After all the introductions and greetings are done they all take their seats at the table and the dialog begins.
"The dishes here are quite well prepared. Can I offer you something Mr. Hugh? On me of course."

No sir. I'm quite alright. Thank you just the same, but please don't allow me to interrupt your meal at all. Enjoy. I am merely here to talk business like we did just a few short days ago.
I watch as the man looks up from his plate. He glances at his assistant who has a priceless smile on her face. He then turns to face me once again and on his face is a smile as well.
Is there something the matter sir? That is why we agreed to meet isn't it?

"Of course. Of course it is Mr. Hugh. I would not waste your time by any means. I just find it interesting how impatient you are to get this plan rolling along is all. But, it is refreshing to know that you won't be a problem to work with though. That much is appreciated."
The man pauses, placing his silverware back on the plate sitting in front of him. Then as he leans his body back against the booth, he extends his arm around his assistant as she leans closer to him with that same devious smirk on her face as before. It seemed they were much more than "co-workers" to me.
"Now Richard. Of course you know of my brief, but most influential track record in the world of wrestling?
Then you know that I am not a man to be taken lightly nor do I put my name on anything that is not up to my liking so to speak. I only want to be the best and to have the best. When concerning running a wrestling promotion there are certain things that cannot be allowed as well as there are certain things that also cannot be overlooked.
I however am not a part of APW unlike you Richard. Which is why if this plan is to even stand a chance of working, I will need you to have complete trust in my assistant and myself. Will that be a problem Richard?"

Of course not. I have every belief that you are well versed in the business of professional wrestling sir. I just don't really understand where you're going with this though.

The man leans forward, removing his arm from around his "assistants" immediate vicinity. He leans onto the table on his forearms and the fingers on both hands intertwined with each other as he speaks.
"Richard. I hope you understand, that this will not be an easy task to pull off? In all actuality, it could be the most grueling vindication process in the history of wrestling promotions to date. The Angels are just as you stated they are. Stubborn. Too young to even have this responsibility thrust upon them in the first place. They're burnt out as well.
Of course I understand all of these facts Richard. Despite the stunning beauty they all possess, they are still just how your friend Charles referred to them. Girls. They're not ready for this. That is why we have to do all that we can to assist them in the business matters of the promotion."

I listen to the words spoken by the man sitting across from me with a concerned look on my face. When he finishes, I glance over at his assistant who was in the middle of continuing to enjoy her meal but had glanced up at me smiling for a second before finishing up. I then look back to him and say...
Well, I have to admit that I've thought all of those things myself. I love those girls like they were my own and I wouldn't want to do anything to hurt them. But I feel like I have to do something to keep my good friend Charles' name from being tarnished in the world of wrestling.
Now if that means me taking a more apparent role in the operations of APW then so be it. I myself have been feeling quite burnt out lately but if I knew it would help, I would surely take more work load to help things along.
But before we go any further sir, I'd like to know exactly what kind of plan you have for APW as a whole. If you don't mind of course?

The man seated across from the assistant of the Angels chuckles a bit before responding. He shakes his head as pauses, taking his right hand to remove his dark shades off revealing two of the most intimidating stare you could imagine.
"Once again Richard. I understand your anxiousness to get things rolling sir, but I think it is best we gather as much Intel on the state of the operations of the promotion before we go any further.
I mean in all honesty, the first show hasn't aired as of yet. I see no reason to go into details at this time. At least not until we've had an opportunity to further access the status of the federation that is. I'm sure you can understand that also?
Let's just say that, before the end of the season, you won't even recognize APW compared to the way it is now Mr. Hugh. THAT much? I CAN promise. It will be a most monumental time in professional wrestling history. Now, I think that this is a more than appropriate stopping point for our discussions as my assistant and myself have a flight to prepare for in the morning. But we both look forward to meeting with you again, soon Mr. Hugh."
The man then raises from the seat, reaching back and grabbing the coat to his suit. After slipping it over his shoulders and assisting his "assistant" in leaving the booth, they both make way around to the side of the table Richard sat on and as Richard stands they shake once again, all of them with apparent smiles on their faces.
Then before leaving the man nods his head in the direction of Richard before slipping the glasses back upon his face. Turning and making their way towards the exit in style, Richard watches on as the thoughts begin to flow through his mind.

Before taking my leave also, I sit back down in the chair I occupied during the meeting that just took place. I begin to think that maybe, just maybe this is the thing the APW has been needing to get things rolling as they should be. The sisters are obviously out of their league when it comes to running a wrestling promotion, but I've traveled the world promoting professional wrestling with Charles for decades. Perhaps if I had a more vocal role in the operations of the promotion, then things would stand a better chance of heading down the right road so to speak. I let out a long breath after a few minutes of pondering the possibilities and a smile comes to my face. If only Charles could be here to see what I believe will happen.
