March of Death rips through the speakers as Blizzard Kaze makes her way to the ring. In full entrance attire she cuts quite a scene, dressed in black with a matching gas mask. It gives her a cold, removed presence that can't help but catch the eye.
But beneath the costume and the act, something else is happening. A woman was getting her feet underneath her. A woman was hitting her stride in the APW. Was it her encounter with Lamia? The plotting of Drew? Or had it always just been a matter of time? She knew the answer.
Raising her head above her hands like she was worshipping the Goddess herself, Kaze then rips the mask from her face and hops down.
Karma and Effect!
The crowd pops cheap for that.
What a perfect name for the event that holds my final match with a woman I almost considered my equal until the end.
She turns to face the hot side of the crowd.
Too bad that end has arrived now.
She locates the closest camera, and turns her attention to it.
Did you enjoy our time together Melissa? In the ring and out? Did you enjoy those sweet stolen kisses even as the supposed love of your life watched on?
I guess it must have been something for you to come back for more a second time. I'll even admit to being surprised when you took it. See, I changed your life just like I promised. Too bad it has to end.
Too bad for you and Rebecca that is.
You see Melissa, the more I got to, know, you. The more I found out you're just like her in a way. Some lost little girl that doesn't know what the hell she wants. Except that you needed someone exactly like me to show you what being a woman is all about. Wasn't that a nice change? I bet you'll miss that for the rest of your life while you cuddle, cry, and lead that little lost girl of yours.
Blizzard gives her the ice cold smile that fit her name to a T.
You'll remember me, especially now that it's time for the effect.
Blizzard crosses her arms over the top rope, and leans her weight against it still talking to the closest camera.
Where's your mind at now Melissa? Are you thinking about me? Her? Putting your life back together the way it was?
She shows a little teeth, shaking her head at the shame of it all.
Because me? The only thing I'm thinking about is our match, twenty minutes, and this last chance to show the world that you're just a weak reflection of me. I'm the real thing.
She pushes herself off the ropes, turning from the camera.
I'm sorry, is that a little too deep?
She asks both the crowd and Melissa at the same time.
Then just tune in Sunday and I'll explain it real slowly all over this ring for all of you.
Blizzard slides through the ropes, and hops down bending forward to retrieve her mask and holding it in the air above her head. The March of Death plays a second time until she is gone again.
