After defeating one half of High Voltage, a satisfied Jay Crack found himself wandering the halls of the arena again. This time, in search of his partner in crime, Nattie Roxx. He came walking down the hall, still dressed in his wrestling gear. He had one pit stop to make before he seen her, and that was to the locker room. Which is where he directly headed to. After a couple minutes of walking the halls, he found himself at the door of his locker. Reaching for the doorknob and opening it, Jay entered the locker. He didn't take long. He had to retrieve something real quick.
Another six minutes later...
Jay emerged from his locker room. Now dressed in some regular clothes. Black T-Shirt that read "Jay Crack, The APW Messiah" on the front with some wicked designs around the words. Plain baggy blue jeans from the waist down to his black and white All Star Converse sneakers. With a water bottle in hand, and the thing he needed in his pocket... He was off again. Heading down the halls in search of his partner. And his first place he thought to look was her locker room. He knew exactly where that was. What kind of partner would he be, if he didn't know where his partner's room was? Again, it didn't take him long to find it either. Once he arrived at a door with the name plate that read "Nattie Roxx" across it. He stopped for a moment. Taking a deep breath before exhaling. Nodding his head, he lifted a fist up to the door. Knocking several times on it instead of just stepping inside. Patiently, he awaited an answer outside of the locker room.

Running around her personal locker room with a simple pair of black sweats on, and three-sizes too large t-shirt from her hold high school, she was quickly arranging her hair so it was in it's trademarked pigtails before she heard a knock on her door. A scrunchie in her mouth, she put on a pair of flip-flops before walking towards the door, and opening it, not caring who was actually at the door. "I'll be with you in a moment." she manged to say as she disappeared behind a wall.

A small laugh escaped him as he entered the room. Looks like she was busy. A little too busy to acknowledge who was knocking on her door? It was fine. He slowly stepped into the locker room. Closing the door behind him as he entered. Looking around the place as he nodded his head. Patiently waiting for his partner to have herself ready to be presentable. He unscrewed the cap to his water bottle and lifted it to his lips. Taking a quick sip from it before putting the cap back on. As he lowered the bottle, he said...
"So, this is where my partner chill-axes?"

"Chill-axes?" she says from the other room, rather loudly so Jay could hear, looking at her own reflection, making sure her hair was perfect, "Well...wait, now I get it." She laughs to herself as she continues to make sure everything is nice and tidy, "Chill + Relaxes = Chill-axes. Perfect sense. Took me a while...but...hehe," she relaxes her shoulders before coming out of the room, still dressed in black sweats a very large t-shirt, but her hair was nice, and that's all she cared about at the moment. "So, what brings you here Jay?" Not really making too much eye-contact, she zooms through the main area, and plunges herself into another room.

"Hahaha... Yep. You got it."
Jay looked down at his pocket. The surprise that he had instore for Nattie. Nah. Not yet. Let's wait a little longer. Make something up. Looking off in the direction of the room that Nattie had walked across in. A smirk forming on his face as he pondered his response. Didn't want to say anything that sounded suspicious or cheesey. With an idea in his head, he shrugged his shoulders and responded loud enough for Nattie to hear him...
"Do I need a reason to come and visit my partner in crime? I figured, since I was in the neighborhood, I'd come and check on how my partner was doing. You didn't have a match tonight. Wondered what you may have been up to."
Sliding his free hand into his pocket, he awaited a response from Nattie.

"To true, to true." Nattie responded from the other room, slipping off her sweats, and putting on a casual pair of jeans. Going out in public in sweats wasn't good, and jeans were just that bit more acceptable, and luckily for her, she brought her most comfortable. "I'm just getting ready to face the public really. Just outside this arena there are people just waiting to take candid photos, so...I have to look my best, so even if they do catch me with a funny face, I still at least look great in the clothes I'm wearing." She then pulled out a sweatshirt from her bag, and a more reasonably sized t-shirt. Humming to herself, she quickly dressed , and once she had the sweatshirt on, she pulled a simple pair of socks, and hopped herself out of the room, struggling to them on. "Comfortable, yet presentable, and doesn't resemble PJ's."

What Jay would give to walk in that room right now, but he did the gentlemen thing and turned his eyes away from the room she was in. Laughing to himself at the thought of being caught walking out of the arena in pajamas. Yeah. That'd make some headlines for sure. Knowing how ridiculous the media is. They'd put that all over the news. Like a person can't walk around comfortablely regardless of their status. It was annoying.
"Yeah. I could only imagine what the headlines might read, if we walked the streets in what we wanted to. The public can be a pain like that sometimes. Always got to look your best in their eyes."
His eyes were drawn back down to his pocket. Holding that surprise in his hand that was inside. Nodding his head, he continued...
"Wonder what kind of wild bunch we've got ourselves tonight. Hopefully a little calmer than the Degree of Domination crowd. Those people were a little too grabby. I love my fans, but sheesh... I'm surprised my skin is still attatched after that night. Might need to start calling the walk from the arena to our vehicles The Gaunlet. Hahaha..."

Slipping on a pair of lace-less shoes, she walks out of the room she was in, and gives Jay a smile. Wearing a blue Degree of Domination sweatshirt, she softly laughs, "Ironic, isn't?"

Jay turned his attention to Nattie's voice. Hearing the footsteps exit the room. An eyebrow raised at first as he looked at her, then he looked her up and down. Noticing the Degrees of Domination logo across the shirt. Then he got it. Laughing, he nodded his head.
"Hahahaha... Nice, nice."
Jay gave her one more look around. Beginning to take a few steps around her. Giving her a look around.
"It's missing something though."
He stopped right behind her. His hand slowly sliding up out of his pocket.
"Close your eyes."

Giving Jay a perturbed face, she mentally shrugged, and closed her eyes. "Hmm...okay Jay...now when I open these eyes, you better not be naked, because the last thing I want to see right now is a naked person, especially after I just dressed myself." She sticks her tongue out, jokingly.

"Hahahaha... Don't worry Nattie. I'll save that for another time. Hahahaha..." ...He says jokingly back to her. Jay set the water bottle down of his down. Lifting the surprise up into both of his hand. Unclamping the clip of it, he lifts his arms up over Nattie's head and brings what was in his hand around her neck. Trying his best not to get it stuck in her hair was he did so. Which he happened to do with little ease, but he managed to get it around her neck nonetheless. Leaning forward, he hitched the clip back together. And what happened to be hanging from Nattie's neck was all 5 million dollars and 75 karats of this...He took a step back. With a smile on his face, he says..."Open them."

Jay listened for some kind of surprised sound or maybe a word or two. But alas, Jay heard nothing. He wondered, if it was maybe a bad idea to do this? He didn't know what to think. Perhaps, she was just speechless at the beauty of the necklace or maybe it was that she didn't know what to say or how to react. Let's hope that it's the better of these assumptions. He began to step around her, so that he could see how it looked on her and how she was reacting to it. That smile still on his face as he looked at her. He simply said...
"You like it?"
