Sapphire Summers made her way though the hallways of Angel Tower until she stood outside the office of one Warrington Steele. She had an idea in mind to help secure one of the clients that she had her eye on and knew that this could be something to help potentially sway his decision when it came time to talk to the APW star in question. Taking the time before knocking on the door to check herself over one more time and make sure that she looked both presentable and professional, she straightened her jacket and then knocked on the office door waiting for an answer from within.

As Mr. Steele sat in the General Managers office he and Mr. Hugh now shared, a knock at the door was heard as he placed a stack of documents to the side. He turned his attention towards the direction the knock came from as he adjusted the breast coat of his suit and replied.
"Yes of course, you may enter."

Hearing the voice from inside Sapphire opens the door and enters the office. Her stride as she crosse the distance to the desk of Mr. Steele is very business like and her voice as she speaks is very calm and professional.
Good evening Mr. Steele my name is Sapphire Summers. I'm the newest manager to be hired here at APW and I thought it would be wise to meet yourself and Mr. Hugh. As I wil no doubt be working with the two of you on the business end of things when it comes time to see to it that my clients professional needs are met.

Mr. Steele watched closely as the red headed beauty entered his office and began an almost angellic stroll in his direction. He was expecting her arrival today but not at such a early time as this. It was a very pleasant surprise nonetheless. Good thing Kaley wasn't here he thought as he stood from his seat, extending his hand as a brief shake ensued between the two.
"Miss Summers, It is an honor to meet a young woman with such a radiant beauty as yours I must say. Mr. Hugh and I have been expecting you of course. We're glad to have you aboard here at APW. We believe you can make quite the addition to the management here. Please have a seat so we can begin."
Warrington motions his hand towards the seat a few feet across from him as he retakes his. Another quick adjustment of his attire and he once again address the woman's arrival.
"So Miss Summers, though we are quite excited about what you can bring to the table as far as management representation is concerned, we're always curious as to why people choose APW over other "ventures" abroad. Might I ask why you chose this as your new "home" if you will?"

Sapphire to the offered seat smoothing her skirt out as she sat down.
A fair enough question Mr. Steele. To be honest I have been keeping my eye on APW since it started televised shows in January. APW is obviously a fast growing promotion and becoming very successful, but as I have seen to date you only seem to have one truly active and successful manager working for you currently, in the form of one Laura De'Icco. It seems to me that this leaves the door open for a young success minded individual as myself to step in and find clients among your current roster and help them to achieve their goals by taking care of their business concerns, so that they can focus on matters that take place in the ring.

Warrington leaned back in his seat slightly as he folded his hands together on his lap, listening intently to the young woman across from him as his gaze never was broken, not even for once second. She seemed to be quite intelligent in her choice of words and also seem to know at least a little about her competition she would undoubtedly encounter while here in APW.
"Very well Miss Summers, very well. I see you've done your homework on APW as well as the other managers here. Yes the lovely Ms. De'Icco is considered by many as the best at what she offers her clients as far as management representation goes...But let us not forget Miss Christina Davis as well. She has the potential to go far in this business if she only fully applies herself to her work. But I'm interested in what you believe a client and manager relationship should entail precisely. Many managers who come into this business believe it's a cushy job where they merely sit back and collect their pay checks every month while they're clients do all of the work. Your take on the situation?"

Sapphire smiled at Mr. Steele. The questions he had asked so far very fair and almost exactly what she would expect in a situation such as this. She adjusted her glasses on her face as she spoke once more.
Hmmm. Well it has always been my belief as a manager that it is my job to take care of my clients business needs so that they can focus their attention on the matter taking place in he ring, as I already stated. To that end I will watch their progress and when ever it seems necessary advise them on what I would feel that they are capable of attaining, while at the same time working with upper management, in this case yourself and Mr. Hugh to see to it that my clients don't miss any opportunities that they themselves may miss out on because they don't understand how the business side of wrestling works. I don't believe if I'm doing my job correctly that I will ever just be sitting back and collecting a monthly paycheck, in fact I believe that as my clients become more successful that I will have to work that much harder to ensure that the retain that level of success.

Warrington's face lit up hearing the words from the young woman's mouth. This one was bright he could see, as well as insightful.
"I see, I see. I agree wholeheartedly on every word you've just spoken Miss Summers. Splendid I must say. Now of course you understand you'll be starting from scratch here in APW, and you'll of course have to begin building up your client list from the bottom up. I'm curious as to your opinion on some of the superstars on the roster at this very moment. Which ones interest you as far as representation and which ones you would possibly be interested in working with down the road."

Almost as if she had expected that question Sapphire opened the white brief case she carried with her and removed a file folder from it. She checked it over briefly before answering Mr. Steele
To be honest the first person I intend to try and sign right now is Jason Cross I realize he is currently signed with Mrs. Davis, but I feel that I could honestly represent him better at this point in his career. What he needs now is someone who is willing to take on the business requirements of a rising young superstar such as himself, so that he can apply himself to taking care of matters in the ring. I also intend to try and sign one of the roses as you refer to them, but to be perfectly honest the sheer number of desirable candidates for a manager is making that decision rather difficult. I would like to see about signing one of the five active tag teams as well, perhaps England's Finest or Crossfire. I think managing a female team in what has been generally seen as a male dominated part of the sport, especially here at APW would lend itself well to the public relations side of things, especially if that team were to win and retain the tag team championship. I would also of course be keeping an eye out for any new talent that may be hired on, incase any hot new prospects arrived here at APW.

"Excellent Miss Summers, simply excellent. I see that Mr. Hugh and myself have made quite the acquisition with adding the likes of yourself to the APW family. I do believe you will become a pillar in the very make up of Action Packed Wrestling. Welcome aboard Miss Summers, welcome aboard."
Warrington stands from his seat, reaching out towards the young woman as she too rises from her chair as they share in a smile.

Sapphire stands smiling as she reaches out and shakes hands with Mr. Steele.
Well it was a pleasure to meet you Mr. Steele and I hope any future business dealing go as well as this meeting did.

"Of course Miss Summers, I hope for the same. Until then."
Warrington retakes his seat as the young woman makes her way for the door, his eyes never leaving her person for a second as she makes her exit. Once alone again, he reaches for the nearby paper stack and continues on with the workload laid out before him.
