Takes place after... triad332.proboards84.com/index.cgi?board=road&action=display&thread=1170556314Marisol watches from afar the brutal act that Tyson Terra pulled in the middle of a match. As he makes his way to the backstage area amidst heavy boos, she approaches him as he leaves the ring area with a look of disgust in her face. [glow=ffcc00,2,300]You!!! Tyson...what the hell was that! What were you thinking?[/glow]

Marisol...not the face he was expecting to see, but a welcome one to see if not for the fact that she looked just a bit pissed off. He looks into her eyes, still cricking his neck, trying his best to straighten the tie that was so unjustly undone in the attack in the ring moments ago.
What are you talking about? That out there? It was simply and strictly business...and it's nice to see you again too, by the way. What are you doing here, anyway?

She quickly throws her hand onto her hips defiantly, stanind a bit to the side as she would usually do when she's miffed at something. The toe of her right high heel taps onto the pavement.
[glow=ffcc00,2,300]Business? You interefere in a match, and you call that business? You're going to have to explain that a little better to me, Tyson, because I don't quite...believe you.[/glow]

An explanation? Well...it's not as obvious to most people as it is to him, so Tyson does his best to explain himslef and his actions to the lovely Ms. Mariposa.
I wouldn't expect for you to understand fully. There's obviously a great deal "El Cardinale" didn't tell you...to keep you safe. Yes, that which you saw out there WAS business. This is a bloodsport, Marisol. They boo what it is they saw those fans, but they enjoyed every single minute of it. It's why they pay their tickets and come here...to watch us beat the living hell out of each other.
It's like ancient Rome...Il Colloseum del la violenza...we are modern day gladiators. We sweat, we bleed, we hurt and die for THEIR enjoyment. It's what this industry has been built on my dear...bloodlust. That's why it all business, that which you saw tonight...is the very nature of this business...pure and simple.

The words that came from his mouth were cold and calculating words. She did remember him mention something the last time they spoke about his intentions in APW. Was this it? Still, once again, Terra gives mention to Marisol's late father. It takes her aback...and leads her to ask him something she meant to ask the last time, as she touches the pendant around her neck.
[glow=ffcc00,2,300]How do you know so much out my father anyway? He never even wrestled outside of South America![/glow]

Tyson reaches into his inside pocket and pulls out his sunglasses. He knew he struck a chord with the mention of her departed father in Toronto...thus he knew that sooner or later she was going to ask questions.
I keep up with all the greats...the one who actually MEAN something in this business. You're father paved the way for many men and women, and he was an amazing competitor, not like a lot of these amatuers running around here, and I don't just mean the two I laid out back there...
He laughs slightly.
It's dog eat dog, Marisol. This isn't all fun and games...it's a war. I know this...and so should you.

These words...so contradictory from those of the girls she met days ago. They were freindly, cordial, kind...and here stood Tyson Terra, cold, callous, calculating.
[glow=ffcc00,2,300]The only thing I know, is that there IS a difference between the divisions here. The Roses are all so wonderful...much more willing to talk and learn from each other than you...men.
...I still don't believe you, Tyson. This doesn't have to be a war all the time. You can live a normal life when you're not in the ring, it's a choice! There's always a choice to make.[/glow]

I've made that choice a long time ago, my dear.
Putting his glasses on, he starts to head for the exit.
I'll do...whatever needs to be done. You might not like what you see...but the truth can be an ugly thing sometimes.
With that, he disappears...again.

Once again, Tyson Terra leaves Marisol with a parting thought of himself...and much like the last time, his words left her unsettled, but intrigued nonetheless. This was a very complex individual, moreso than he was letting on. The more she thought about it, the more she wanted to delve deeper.
[glow=ffcc00,2,300]This isn't over, Tyson Terra. Until we meet again...[/glow]
